At Travnet, we strive to deliver seamless travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and in line with industry standards.
1. General Terms
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [Travnet support email].
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days after confirmation.
- Any refund amount is subject to deduction of applicable service charges, cancellation fees, or third-party charges (airlines, hotels, ground operators, etc.).
2. Flight Bookings
- Refunds are subject to the airline’s cancellation/refund policy.
- Service fees charged by Travnet are non-refundable.
- Certain discounted or promotional fares may be non-refundable.
3. Hotel Bookings
- Refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy, which varies by property and season.
- No refunds for “No-Show” or cancellations made after the check-in date.
- Service fees charged by Travnet are non-refundable.
4. Holiday Packages & Tours
- Cancellations made:
- More than 30 days before departure → Up to 80% refund (after deductions).
- 15–29 days before departure → Up to 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before departure → No refund.
- Non-refundable components (such as visa fees, permits, or attraction tickets) will not be included in refunds.
- In certain cases the hotel or service provider policy may be applicable depending on the travel period. During holiday season, exhibitions, trade fairs and peak period the terms may differ.
- During peak holiday season like Diwali, Christmas and long weekends the bookings will be 100% non-refundable.
5. MICE & Group Bookings
- Refunds are subject to separate contracts and group cancellation terms.
- Advance payments made for large groups may be non-refundable depending on supplier policies.
6. Force Majeure
Travnet will not be liable for refunds due to events beyond our control (natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, travel restrictions, etc.). In such cases, refunds will be as per third-party supplier guidelines.
