- By booking with Travnet, you authorize us to make arrangements on your behalf with these service providers.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Booking & Payments
- Bookings will be processed only upon receipt of advance payment as specified in your quotation.
- Full payment must be made before ticketing, hotel confirmation, or the commencement of services.
- All airfares, hotel rates, and tour prices are dynamic and subject to change until ticketed or confirmed.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary by service (airlines, hotels, packages, etc.). Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
- Service charges collected by Travnet are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed only after confirmation from third-party suppliers and may take 7–14 business days.
4. Client Responsibilities
- It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information (names as per passport, travel dates, contact details, etc.).
- Any charges arising from incorrect information will be borne by the client.
- Passengers must carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits, etc.) as required for their travel.
5. Travel Documents & Visa
- Travnet assists with visa guidance, but visa approval/rejection is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.
- Travnet will not be liable for any costs or consequences of visa rejection/delay.
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to check and fulfill all health, vaccination, and travel requirements.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- Travnet is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, or damages arising from acts of airlines, hotels, transport companies, or other third-party providers.
- Travnet is not responsible for force majeure events such as natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions.
- Compensation, if any, will be as per the policies of the service provider.
7. Insurance
- Travnet strongly recommends that clients purchase adequate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances (medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, etc.).
8. Use of Website
- Users agree not to misuse Travnet’s website for fraudulent bookings, unauthorized access, or distribution of false information.
- All website content, logos, and material are the property of Travnet and cannot be copied, reused, or distributed without written consent.
9. Governing Law
- All disputes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
